1. Group Courses

Courses are held in groups of 4 to 6 students, following a pre-established schedule and workload.
All classes are online via Zoom. Technical resources (computer, internet, camera, microphone) are the student's responsibility.
Except for the A1.1 course (beginners), a placement test is required before enrollment.

Enrollment is confirmed upon online payment via Stripe (credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay).
Payment secures the student's spot in the chosen class.

        Summary: After the course starts, no refunds. Before the start, refund minus a €50 administrative fee.
    

Before the course starts: The student may cancel and receive a refund, minus a €50 administrative fee.
After the course starts: No refunds will be issued in case of withdrawal. Course freezing is not permitted.
Cancellation by Berlinguas: If the course is cancelled by the school (e.g., insufficient students), the full amount will be refunded.
If the teacher cancels and Berlinguas cannot find a substitute, the remaining class value will be refunded.

Individual lessons are scheduled based on mutual availability of the student and teacher.
Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice: the lesson will be charged normally.
Cancellation with more than 24 hours notice: the lesson will be rescheduled at no cost.

        Medium Plan (10h): 2 months to use.

        Maxi Plan (20h): 3 months to use.

Failure to complete hours within the deadline may result in forfeiture of remaining hours.
Exceptions may be considered in cases of illness or extended travel, with prior notice to Berlinguas.

Classes falling on official German holidays will not be rescheduled.
A class will only be rescheduled if cancelled at least 8 hours in advance by all participants simultaneously.
The teacher may cancel classes; Berlinguas will seek a substitute. In all cases, no refund is given — only rescheduling.
The lateness tolerance is 15 minutes. If no student appears by then, the class is considered delivered.

Materials provided by Berlinguas are free of charge.
Due to copyright, materials are for private use only and may not be replicated or distributed.

Online courses require greater autonomy. The more the student works outside of class, the better the results.
The study environment (quiet, well-lit) is the student's responsibility.
